Yes, you can make changes or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Email us immediately at hello@paulacallanartistry.ie to request changes.
Shipping & Delivery
A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent to your email. If you haven’t received this, email us at hello@paulacallanartistry.ie.
We currently do not offer specific time slots for deliveries. However, you may contact our courier partners once your order is shipped to see if they can accommodate your preferred delivery time.
Our warehouse and courier partners are closed on Public Holidays. Orders will be processed or shipped on the next working day.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@paulacallanartistry.ie. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Used items or items with removed wrapping cannot be returned. If a brush set has been opened, we cannot accept the return. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about specific items.

To exchange an item, return the original item and, once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
